Booking & Payment
1.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when we receive the required deposit or full payment and you receive a confirmation email from Asia Travels.

1.2 Payment Schedule

A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the tour's departure date. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Note: If you book within 60 days of departure, the full amount is due immediately.
1.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

All payments are to be made in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Cancellations & Refunds
2.1 Client Cancellations

If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

2.2 Asia Travels Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participants, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or may choose an alternative tour.

2.3 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request via the original payment method.

Travel Insurance

All clients are required to hold comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

Tour Changes & Itinerary
4.1 Itinerary Changes

Asia Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide equivalent or similar services.

4.2 Client-Requested Changes

Any changes requested by the client must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.

Client Responsibilities
5.1 Passport & Visa

Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any required visas for all destinations on the tour.

5.2 Health & Fitness

Clients must be in good health and physically capable of participating in the tour. Any medical conditions that may affect participation must be disclosed to us before booking.

5.3 Behaviour

Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner at all times.

Please note: Asia Travels reserves the right to remove any client from the tour for inappropriate behaviour without a refund.

Liability
6.1 Limitation of Liability

Asia Travels is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, accidents, or acts of terrorism.

6.2 Third-Party Services

Asia Travels is not responsible for third-party services — including transportation, accommodation, and activities — provided during the tour. The terms and conditions of those third parties apply.

Force Majeure

Asia Travels shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control, including Acts of God (fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane), war, invasion, terrorism, government sanctions, labour disputes, strikes, or interruption of essential services.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution
8.1 Complaints

Any complaints must be reported immediately to the tour leader or Asia Travels representative. If not resolved on the spot, the complaint must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the tour's end.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will proceed to mediation or arbitration under the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By booking a tour, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any disputes.

Flight Cancellation Policy

We highly recommend completing online check-in with each airline at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure to verify your flight details and be informed of any changes.

In the event of any changes or cancellations:
