The date validity of your flight ticket, including any allowed changes, varies by airline. Please enquire with our consultant about these terms during the booking process to ensure clarity.
Your current booking is a tentative reservation. To confirm and secure it, please make payment promptly. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation.
Asia Travels Pty. Ltd cannot guarantee the existence of your booking beyond 8:00 PM on the day of booking. Prompt action is required to avoid cancellation.
For departures within 48 hours, all bookings will be automatically cancelled within 30 minutes if payment is not made. This applies especially to last-minute or emergency tickets.
If you make a duplicate booking with another travel agent, your reservation may be cancelled without notice. Please ensure you have only one active booking at any time.
Asia Travels Pty. Ltd will not be responsible for any alterations or corrections to your booking after payment and ticket issuance. This includes:
If you require accommodation during a transit stopover, please contact the Asia Travels customer care team for assistance. We will do our best to arrange suitable options for you.
All tickets purchased are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may apply based on the booking class and airline policy, but significant penalties will apply. Once travel has commenced, any remaining portion of the booking cannot be refunded.
Date changes may be permitted, subject to penalties and fare differences. Please confirm these conditions with our consultant before requesting any changes.
Different pricing options are available based on your luggage requirements. Please discuss these with our consultant during the booking process.
We offer the convenience of credit card payment with an additional surcharge. A surcharge starting from 1.63% will apply for card payments. You may also choose to pay via online bank transfer — details are included in the flight booking email sent to you.
To secure your reservation, please ensure timely payment and send the payment receipt as a reply to your booking email. Your booking is confirmed only after payment has been processed.
